Ninh Binh travel schedule 2 days 1 night
Day 1: Hanoi-Chang'an – Van Long Natural Reserve
6:00 am: Departure from Hanoi to Ninh Binh. Along the way, stop for breakfast in Phu Ly (Ha Nam), try the bread rolls or crab cakes. If you follow the highway Phap Van – Cau Gie – Ninh Binh then turn Highway 10 about 10 kilometers further is Ninh Binh City (from here to Chang'an around 7 km)
8:00: Arrive Trang An tourist site. Total time of visit: 3-5 hours. Main attractions: Temple Trinh, Tran temple, … Near Chang'an has a restaurant named Three Crabs in the deep lane of King Dinh Temple. There are dishes "elderberry goat meat" delicious. You ask the locals for advice more.
13h30: After eating and resting at restaurant, afternoon you go explore the Van Long Natural Reserve
Along the Ngo Dong River, you will boat ride through the canyon, flanked by tall grassy. Once through the mountains, the next stop is the Fish Cave – a beautiful cave here. To be able to watch the langurs and stork flying, you should go in the afternoon between 15:30 to 16:30.

17:00: Get in the car and go back to Ninh Binh City.

Day 2: Ninh Binh – Hoa Lu Ancient Capital – Tam Coc Bich Dong
For Tam Coc Bich Dong route to visit a relatively short time, I recommend you further combined Hoa Lu Ancient Capital or Bai Dinh Pagoda in order to explore the beauty of this land.
In the morning, you should check-out the hotel and move from Ninh Binh city to Hoa Lu ancient capital to visit the temple of King.
In the afternoon, you move to Tam Coc Bich Dong and start exploring "Halong shallow". Along the way you can enjoy the natural beauty along stream between fields to really feel the charming beauty.
After the end of the trip, you depart back to Hanoi, on the way you can stay in Ha Nam to buy gifts for relatives and friends.
In Ninh Binh there are many places to visit tourist attractions, if you have a lot of time traveling here, you can go to Thung Nham, Bird Park, Cuc Phuong National Park, Bai Dinh Pagoda, Hoa Lu Ancient, Phat Diem Cathedral, Non Nuoc Mountain.
